Hi there! We know you have questions â here are the answers to the ones we get most often. If somethingâs not covered here, ask us during the process. Weâre happy to clarify.

đ„Â Whatâs the team size?
Weâre a fully remote team of 12 and growing. Youâll work closely with most of us and have the chance to make an outsized impact. Currently, slightly more than half the team is based in Singapore, with 3 in the US and 1 in Malaysia. Interested in who we are? Check out our team page.
đ Do you meet in-person?
We do! We meet at least twice a year for team offsites. These sessions are an opportunity to collaborate in person, plan OKRs for the next cycle, and strengthen team connections.
For new joiners, weâd love for them to attend at least one in-person orientation with the Founders. This provides an immersive introduction to how we run the programme and gives new team members a better sense of our operations and culture.
â Is this a replacement or a new hire?
It depends on the role, but weâre hiring to address specific needs. Your Talent Partner will share more about why this role matters and how it fits into our team.
âł Whatâs the interview process?
Hereâs our general process, though there may be cases where we adapt it based on the role. If youâre unsure about any part of the process, feel free to ask for clarification.
- Recruiter Screen â A quick chat with our Talent Partner to learn more about you and your background.
- Take-Home Assignment â Designed to understand your thought process rather than just finding the ârightâ answer. After submission, if you move to the next stage, youâll discuss your approach with our team members. This is a collaborative discussion (not a presentation), as everyone will have reviewed your assignment beforehand.
- Interview Loop â Meet the team. Typically, this includes at least three team members, including one General Partner. To ensure fairness, we donât discuss candidate feedback internally until the debrief.
- Hiring Debrief â After all interviews, we review feedback and make a decision.
đ How should I prepare for my interview?
We want you to feel confident and prepared throughout our interview process. Hereâs how you can set yourself up for success:
- Understand the Role and Company: Research who we are, our mission, and what makes us different. Think about how your experience aligns with the role, and prepare questions about our team or processes.
- Be Ready to Share Your Story: Reflect on your professional journey, key achievements, and what excites you about this opportunity. Use frameworks like CAR/PAR (Context/Problem, Action and Results) to keep your responses succinct, clear and impactful.
- Engage During Interviews: Treat the interviews as conversations. Be yourself, share your perspectives, and actively engage with the team. Ask thoughtful questions that demonstrate your curiosity and interest. If you need a moment to think, donât hesitate to ask for a few seconds to gather your thoughts. Itâs also okay to admit when you donât know the answer â honesty is valued. If youâre at the Loop stage, take time to review your submission beforehand and be ready to discuss your approach in detail during the interview.
